Slab ledge for the metal siding to sit on….to act similar to brick ledges which allow for water to drain below and away from the finish floor…

Foundation beams without the top slab…that pipe sticking out is plumbing….and the tube in the background (to the left of the pipe) is the plumbing as it will emerge from under the foundation..
Construction has begun on the guest house. It’s across the bridge from the main house…that will begun construction in 4-6 weeks.
